ill equipped ...
Been feeling increasingly frustrated at the amount of things that I do not know. There's so much knowledge I lack which is seriously crippling my ability to resolve issues at work. Sometimes I wonder if I might have bitten off more then I can chew. Sometimes, its not just how much you know, experience really plays a major role and the amount of exposure you get makes a very big difference to how quickly you can resolve issues.
Just got home from a whole day of testing and trying to pinpoint issues and possible areas where faults might have taken place. So many scenarios are running through my head however I'm unable to fit any of the scenarios to the issue at hand. Hence so many hours were spent without being able to pinpoint the key to the problem. So frustrating ... argh ...
However, I'm glad that I have many supportive colleagues and bosses who are constantly reminding me to go take breaks and rest. Many of them complaining how terrible I look due to insufficient rest. It feels good to have colleagues who are there to help you out during periods of tough times like these.
I think I need to start planning for some recreational activities so that I can have some form of encouragement to look forward to after finishing the project. Let's see:
a) Catch a movie (Maybe Transformers? assuming its still showing when my project is done)
b) Go for a short trip to Genting Highlights
c) Golf Sessions!!
d) Mahjung!! (Where the all the people?!)
Hmmm, think better not to have too long a list. May not have the $$ to lose in mahjung!
